The Model 255 — CNC Machined Titanium Field Watch
The case, crown, dial, hands and case back are machined in house out of lightweight yet extremely tough 6AL-4v Titanium billet. Each part is then hand finished. The case and crown are bead blasted to give an even tougher exterior.
Nestled into the case the 6.5mm diameter crown provides easy grip with or without gloves and screws down into a hefty 4.5mm case tube that threads into the case. Four o-rings inside the crown provide water resistance well beyond 100m of depth.
The expansive 32mm titanium dial is coated with a baked on matte black ceramic. Large, easily legible hour number markings are milled 0.25mm into the dial and then filled with Superluminova X2 Lume for easy timekeeping in any light conditions.
The caseback o-ring fits round the case back rather than under it. This allows for a thinner case while still employing an oversized 1.3mm cross section o-ring for superior water resistance. The back of the watch is concave 0.7mm inwards and holds a 26mm sapphire crystal which allows the inside of the watch to be viewed and appreciated.
The dial and hands are protected by a robust and virtually scratch proof 1.5mm thick double domed sapphire crystal which arches up 1.5mm above the rim of the case. This crystal made specifically for the Model 255 has exceptional antireflective coating applied to ensure minimal reflections.
Powering the Model 255 is a Swiss made ETA 2892-A2 automatic movement. This movement design is well known for being robust, extremely reliable and serviceable by watchmakers worldwide.
20mm lug spacing means that straps are easy to find should you want to replace the Viton rubber strap shipped with your watch.

As a single human watchmaking factory the delivery time of your timepiece is somewhat flexible. I’m slowly streamlining the process of standardizing parts and tools to speed up the manufacturing but even still, expect four months from order to delivery. Maybe less. Maybe a lil bit more. I’ll keep you in the loop.
